Scope of Partnership
Partners may collaborate with DecodeAI in areas such as:

Partner Responsibilities
Partners are expected to:
Represent DecodeAI and its services accurately and professionally

Respect confidentiality of business information and client data
Operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Avoid misrepresentation of capabilities, services, or commitments
Partners may not enter into binding commitments on behalf of DecodeAI unless explicitly authorized.
Confidentiality
During the course of a partnership, partners may gain access to confidential information including business strategies, technical processes, client data, or proprietary methodologies.
Partners agree to maintain strict confidentiality and may not disclose or use such information for purposes outside the partnership without prior written consent.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the partnership relationship ends.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, frameworks, methodologies, and technologies developed or owned by DecodeAI remain the exclusive property of DecodeAI unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Partners may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize DecodeAI proprietary assets without explicit authorization.
Independent Relationship
Partnership participation does not create an employment relationship, joint venture, or legal agency between DecodeAI and the partner.
Each party operates as an independent entity responsible for its own operations, obligations, and liabilities.
Compensation and Commercial Terms
Commercial arrangements, including commissions, referral incentives, or revenue sharing, may be defined separately depending on the nature of the partnership.
Such terms will be documented in writing when applicable.
Termination
Either party may terminate a partnership relationship at any time upon reasonable notice.
Upon termination:
Use of DecodeAI branding or materials must cease
Confidential information must remain protected
Any ongoing obligations agreed in writing must be honored
Changes to This Agreement
DecodeAI may update or modify partnership terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or strategic changes.
